Here is the final update and news for your ski lessons next week. The Les Gets resort has worked incredibly hard to get some runs open and will be offering limited skiing which is suitable for beginners and novices. However, all sessions next week require blue runs and above and as such, we have made the decision to move the complete ski school programme to Ardent - Avoriaz. This way, we are sure that we will be able to provide the exciting and enjoyable learning experience that you expect from BASS.
SKI PASSES 1. The standard Morzine & Les Gets ski pass is not available as none of the links between Les Gets, Morzine and Nyon are open and the ski pass office have said that they will refund pre-paid ski passes. A lower price, Les Gets only pass will be available to those wishing to ski in the Les Gets area only. 2. For BASS lessons, the best option will be to purchase the Portes du Soleil ski pass which gives you access to all the slopes throughout the Portes du Soleil.
Please contact your ski pass vendor to action any refunds or purchases.
LOGISTICS We appreciate that getting from Les Gets to Ardent takes some planning. First step is to speak to your chalet operator to find out if they are able to offer shuttle services to and from the slopes. LESSON TIMES All the lessons times have been pushed back by 15 minutes to give you a little more travel time to get to the slopes. All lessons will start and finish at the top of the Ardent gondola (unless specifically arranged) and meeting information will be emailed to you later today.
