Celebrating our 18th season in Chamonix

WOW! How time flies. It is hard to believe that this coming winter season 2022/2023 will be our 18th running British Alpine Ski School Chamonix.

It seems like only yesterday that Shona and I came over to Chamonix from Courchevel (where we were working at the time) to suss out Chamonix and it’s ski areas to see if we could set up a branch of the BASS Network. I remember being so excited - we stayed at the Mercure hotel in the centre of Chamonix - as we explored the area and chatted about the different courses we could offer and which resorts we would use for different levels. And it is fair to say that with 17 winter seasons completed we have a pretty good idea of what works well and where!

For the first nine years of the operation we lived in Les Bossons before buying our own place in the beautiful village of St. Gervais les Bains. Now, of course we offer lessons and courses throughout the Chamonix Valley and in the Evasion Mont Blanc resorts of Megeve, St. Gervais and Les Contamines.

So, why not join us this coming winter and benefit from all that experience we have working with guests of all levels and ages. We look forward to skiing with you very soon.
